Right of withdrawal
If the delivered goods are defective, or if a delay of the delivery of more than 50 days is delayed without the customer being informed beforehand, it has a right to withdrawal or a replacement if the goods are defective. The goods are the bowel cover.ch To send back, the costs for the return assumes Stuhlgebug.ch. There is no right of withdrawal in the event of events of force majeure.
Since our products are personalized, we unfortunately cannot offer your goods withdrawal if you do not like. There is therefore no right to withdraw from ordinary articles, we ask for your understanding.
If you would like to make use of the right of cancellation, send the defective goods to the following address and send us an email with the description of the corresponding lack including your order number and the date on which you have returned the goods to us.
