1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders that you, as our customer, place via the online shop Stoolcover.com or for offers which Chaircover.com submitted.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

2.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

2.2 By clicking the (Order) button, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page. After the order has been sent, the customer can no longer make any changes to the order.

3. Prices

The prices stated on the product page are non-binding and without guarantee and are given in Swiss francs (CHF).

4. Shipping cost

The delivery is made by insured free shipping. If something is lost, you will have no cost. A new product will be sent to you.

5. Terms of delivery

5.1 Deliveries are made all over the world. In order for an order to be placed, the customer must provide at least first name, surname, address, postal code, city and email address.

6. Customs Fees

Please note that German customs (or the local logistics company) can charge the import sales tax applicable in Germany at a rate of 19% on the net invoice amount for orders . 7.Delivery times

Due to Covid 19 and the current war, delivery times may be longer than usual, around 15-30 days from the order date.

8. Terms of Payment

Mein- Stuhlcover.de/at offers payment by credit card with the payment provider Stripe, advance payment and on account with the option to pay in installments.

Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account". With the individual invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not make a payment within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an overview of your order in the following month.

When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes on the invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been made and they have been dispatched.

10. Right of withdrawal

If the delivered goods are defective or if the delivery is delayed by more than 50 days without the customer having been informed of this beforehand, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract or, in the case of defective goods, to a replacement . 11. Liability
